ARCHITECTURAL DESCRIPTION: Two-and-a-half-story dwelling with flared, hipped roof with overhanging eaves and modillions. Wood cornice with dentil trim. Dormers with cameo windows and double-hung window with decorative surround. Rusticated evenly coursed stone walls; stone belt course. Two story bay window on facade with 1/1 light double-hung windows. One-story portico with classical stone columns atop stone walls has cornice line balustrade. Windows are 1/1 light with stone sills and lintels. Paneled and glazed door with sidelights. Stone chimneys. Rounded stone wall adjacent to portico. DESIGNATION: Local landmark, National Register eligible. STYLE : Edwardian Vernacular. DATE BUILT : 1899.
